About this Site
Seattle Flamenco is a non-commercial community-focused networking resource for Seattle area flamenco artists. The purpose of this site is to strengthen the already growing sense of common purpose among Seattle area flamencos and help make the Seattle metropolitan area a center for flamenco in the Pacific Northwest.
Site Updates
New Poll! SeattleFlamenco.org wants your opinion--how far afield to you want Show and Event listings to go? Should we include stuff from Vancouver and Portland, or continue to keep it local (so that smaller local shows don't get buried/lost)? Log in to or register for the Forum and take the new poll!
Email Updates! Now you can get updates on Shows, Events, and Forum activity in your email in-box. Click on the links below (under "Email Updates"). Updates are sent no more than once a day and only go out when there's something new to report.
Links Page! The flamenco links page is now up and active. Check here to find local resources not listed elsewhere on this site and to see how other areas are working to enrich their own flamenco communities.

SeattleFlamenco.org is designed to be a local resource, intended primarily for flamenco aficionados, artists, and instructors in the Seattle metropolitan area. That said, publishing to the web makes pretty much everything, by default, a global resource. With that in mind, this links page is assembled as a resource to help folks find other flamenco related sites and services not only in the Seattle area, but also to help visitors from wherever find community pages and resources in their own areas.

Links to flamenco schools and for-profit groups outside of the Seattle metropolitan area are included for reference for those not in the area. If you're looking for instructors or performers in the Seattle area, head to the Instructors or Performers wiki pages for detailed information on who's active around here.
